Everything included - wifi, electicidad, water, warm water, gas, entrance to private beach, swimming pool, scooter, average cleaning and changing towels every fifth/seventh day.
On facebook you can find promotion like 12+2 days GRATIS or 6+1 day GRATIS or 3 night for 2.
Deposit for the apartment is 200USD when you come and it is returned when you are leaving. Deposit for scooter (if you want to use it) is 400USD and is returned when leaving as well.
All payments possible only cash when you arrive.
